ILS has extensive experience replacing legacy systems and having to load and ingest legacy data. In addition, ILS has developed tools and experience in dealing with a mix of analog and digital data and the need for temporary or pending property identification numbers. As our data model shows we are able to process pending data as well as existing data that is in effect captured but not in the new systems.

Through our work with existing systems we have developed a series of tools that provides initial data load with quality and integrity control. These tools are flexible and can be easily configured to any input data format and support:

• Import of attribute information provided in any format such as CSV, TEXT, desktop databases, and SQL Databases; and
• Import of documents in digital form, scanned or photocopied, in verity of raster formats such as TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP.

The CSV Checker is a tool for the checking of Image quality and index data in input CSV files. The main task is reviewing quality of imported images and making raster rectifications such as de-speckle, de-skew, crop, rotate, etc.

The Backfile Importer is the wizard for loading backfile data into the LRS/LTO databases.

Backfile Checker is a tool for checking data loaded into backfile database. Loaded data should be checked and committed before export to production database.
