SILVER SPRING, MD -- ILS is pleased to announce that Ms. Carol Roffer has joined our team as Project Manager for the installation of a new Land Records System with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MnDNR).  The project is scheduled to begin on May 26th, 2009.

With more than 25 years in the information technology field, Ms. Roffer brings her expertise in the area of analyzing, designing, and implementing geospatial solutions for local and state government organizations.  

As a former business owner and long time industry analyst, Ms. Roffer has served as project manager and subject matter expert for a wide array of IT/GIS projects and has significant practical knowledge of parcel data, land records information systems and related reference spatial data.

Her strong technical and analytical skills and full understanding of the proposed architecture will allow her to work directly with the systems architects and developers to ensure that the solution meets the business needs of MnDNR.
