The core LTO system can be easily expanded with time and cost saving modules, such as: ILS Cashier ILS Cashier is a standalone product used specifically for document recordation, fee calculation, receipting, and accounting of fee transactions at the Land Titles Office. Use VB Script to develop complex fee calculation rules based on document types, local impact and special fees, state fees and many more. It provides integration possibilities with double entry accounting systems through a General Ledger export via ODBC, XML, or ASCII interface. LTO Print Control: for automated print account management. Greatly reduces the need for office staff to be involved in manually photocopying documents. By adding ILS Print Control functionality to LTO Public Access, web site staff can get additional control on what was printed and what was paid off. By implementing different user groups it is now possible to control the printing of scanned copies or database reports.
LTO Microfilm Packager: prepares scanned document pages for the automated transfer of electronic images to archival microfilm.
LTO e-Filing Module: for the receipt and processing of electronic documents. It automates document recording and indexing by allowing document submissions through the web.
LTO Image Server: image management software for secured storing/accessing scanned document data. LTO Data Express Module: for the automated electronic replication and transfer of recorded index and image data for offsite backup, archive and replication use. This is also useful for secured access to recorded data by public users – production and public databases may be separated to improve control over the sensitive data.
Support of NovaLIS Land Records Framework: provides seamless integration between LTO and NovaLIS Parcel Editor (PE), Assessment Office (AO), and Land Development Office (LDO) through the use of specialized document viewers and supporting transaction logic.
